Ultramist high-pressure Misting nozzles are engineered to deliver water particles perfectly sized for evaporation. We produce a fog that evaporates and does not wet the surrounding area with intently focused on anti-drip technology in our nozzle line allows to create a unique position within the humidification industry. Orifice size is smaller than the size of a human hair, the water particles split into tiny pieces, quickly evaporating into the air long before it reaches any surface, a process called atomization.

Misting nozzles are made of all stainless steel or a combination of brass and stainless steel and are provided in a variety of flow rates based on operating pressure. Increasing the humidity levels can be important in a variety of environments.  The key to successful humidifying sprays is the controlled spraying of finely atomized sprays.
